A small group of Clients had a smashing time at Kuipto Forest over the Queen’s birthday weekend. Before they left for the day out they collected kindling and larger bits of wood from around the house. A potato salad was made to share and have with some snags. The car was packed with what the intrepid group thought was needed and set off.
When they got to Kuitpo it was found that there was no grill plate on the fire pit, so some thinking on their feet was required to cook the sausages. The main fire was moved aside and the foil tray full of sausages was put directly on top of the coals. They were able to use a stick to turn the sausages and Mike was very happy to lend a hand. After lunch had settled everyone went for a discovery hike through the forest.
