How we work with you

We start by listening. One of our friendly Coordinators will meets with you, where you want with who you want, family or carers, to understand strengths, routines, preferences and your NDIS goals. From there we co-design a support plan with clear tasks, outcomes and the flexibility you need. You choose how involved you want to be in day-to-day decision.
