In-home Support
We offer personalised support to people living independently in the community.
We work with you or your loved one to support your independence and quality of life as much as possible.
HCO’s In-home support service assists people with disability to live independently in their own home by providing:

- assistance with personal care routines such as showering, dressing and toileting
- assistance with household tasks such as shopping, preparing meals, washing clothes and cleaning
- help with shopping
- assistance with making and attending appointments
- laundry, gardening and other household tasks
- recreation, leisure and community access
- assistance with decision-making and choices
- liaison with other support services and community networks
- assistance to maintain friendships and social networks
- access to cultural and spiritual activities in the community.
We can support you to continue living life to the fullest, reaching your goals feeling safe and supported in your own home, in line with your NDIS goals and funding.
HCO’s In-home support service is available as a regular and consistent daily, weekly or fortnightly service.
