About the role

You will lead practice development, ensuring services are delivered in line with best practice, standards and organisational expectations.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance on practice, quality and service delivery
  • Supporting complex client scenarios and practice challenges
  • Developing frameworks, tools and practice resources
  • Building workforce capability through coaching and support
  • Ensuring alignment with NDIS standards and evidence-based practice
  • Driving continuous improvement in service quality and outcomes

    About you

    You are experienced, knowledgeable and confident in leading practice.

    You will have:

    • Extensive experience in disability, health or community services
    • Strong understanding of best practice frameworks and standards
    • Experience supporting complex client needs
    • Ability to coach, influence and build capability
    • A focus on quality, safety and outcomes
