Client survey 2023

In a first for SACID and HCO, HCO engaged SACID to undertake an external peer-to-peer client satisfaction survey. Over 30 HCO clients who use different types of HCO services were interviewed by SACID Inclusion Advisors with support from SACID Project Officers.

Undertaken and presented in easy-read format, HCO has now rich data to understand what we are doing well and what our clients have said we can do better to support them.

Overwhelmingly our clients said they were happy with how we support them, which is great news, but we will take on their feedback and involve them in our continuous improvement journey.
