This role is ideal for workers wanting:
- 2, 3 or 4-hour shifts
- Morning, afternoon, evening or weekend work
- Single shifts or split shifts
- Extra hours around another job or lifestyle commitments.

About the role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to people living with disability in their homes and community. Supports may include:
- Community access and social support
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Medication assistance
- Domestic support and meal preparation
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Supporting participants to achieve individual goals.

We are looking for people who have

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexibility to work short-duration shifts and/or split shifts
Essential requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Certificate 3 in Disability or relevant equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Medication training
- Manual handling experience
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Smartphone and competent computer technology skills
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
