About HCO
We’re built on genuine connections with the people we support and our community.
Who we are
HCO is built on genuine connections with the people we support, and our community.
HCO is an independent and not-for-profit specialist disability service provider.
Since it’s foundation in 1995, HCO has established itself as a highly respected and trusted, not-for-profit specialist disability service provider. Initially supporting people with an intellectual disability in community homes, HCO has grown to provide a range of disability support services to a diverse Client group.
HCO is deeply rooted in the value of building genuine, meaningful connections with the people we support, as well as with the broader community. As an independent, not-for-profit specialist disability service provider, we are committed to making a positive and lasting impact in the lives of those we support.
Since our foundation in 1995, we have worked tirelessly to establish ourselves as a highly respected and trusted leader in the field of disability services. Today, we offer a comprehensive array of support services, designed to meet the unique needs of individuals living with different types of disabilities. Our organisation’s growth has been driven by the unwavering dedication to creating inclusive, empowering environments where everyone can thrive.

Our story
The dedicated and compassionate HCO care professionals have been delivering high-quality care services to South Australians living with disability since 1995. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation for providing individualised supports that truly makes a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
With the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), we are now able to extend these life-changing services to even more individuals, including young people and adults living with disability throughout the Adelaide Hills and Western suburbs regions. The NDIS allows us to further tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each individual, ensuring that they have access to the resources, opportunities, and care they need to live fulfilling, independent lives. We are proud to be part of this positive change and look forward to continuing to support our community in new and meaningful ways.
